Roofing Sales Funnel – 3 Proven Funnels To Increase Your Roofing Leads

The leads aren't just gonna capture themselves, you know? You need a series of steps to take someone who doesn't know your roofing company to inking that contract, all right? So lets dive right in, that's exactly what you're gonna learn today.

So my name is Mats Moy and if you have no idea how to generate roofing leads from your online efforts, by the end of this video I am going to share with you three roofing sales funnels that I personally implement myself, to help you generate more roofing leads. So I've personally implemented these funnels that I'm gonna share with you today, to help three separate roofing companies bring in an additional $1.5 million in revenue in 2019. And now I'm gonna share that with you!

So lets dive right in.

Google My Business, that is the main place that my roofing clients generate their roofing leads from. Now if you haven't already, be sure to download my 9-page free guide for your Google My Business listing. It shows you how to set it up, and how to generate and additional 20 roofing leads just from your Google My Business alone. Now the way that it works, is that we use press-releases, we use a posts feature to generate traffic to your Google My Business listing and we can either have them contact you directly from Google, they don't even have to go to your website or anything and that's why you see this line here, going straight towards roofing leads.

Or if they're a little bit more curious and they wanna learn a little bit more about your roofing company they can go to your website. Which should be properly designed to take people who don't know you into your website, and ultimately contact you. That is the main purpose of your website, the main purpose, again is to have people contact you. It's not some fancy gadget or fancy piece of technology it's actually pretty simple.

What you want people to do on your website is one, call you so make sure your phone number's visible or two, fill out a contact form so that you can get back to them, as simple as that. And here's a tip that you guys should really take and start implementing on a regular basis, check your damn contact fill. A lot of it breaks sometimes, it's technology it breaks you need some quality assurance that your contact form is actually working, is actually going to your inbox when somebody fills it out. So that is the first sales funnel that I personally set-up for my roofing clients and that works really, really well.

Google organic traffic. And this works hand-in-hand with your Google My Business listing. So this will directly effect how your Google My Business listing performs in the local three pack, and if you don't know what the local three pack is that is the goldmine for roofing leads. You definitely wanna have your business show up there.

So, Google organic traffic, so we send traffic from Google organically. These are free leads and how do we go about sending traffic to this particular funnel is we create blog posts, video blog posts, all right? So we have to write content, we have to keep adding fresh content to your website so that its constantly being picked up by Google, and Google is able to reward you for having fresh, new content on your website.

So that's something that you wanna do on a regular basis if you're gonna stick to a schedule, okay say to yourself, all right this year I'm going to blog twice a month. Do it twice a month every single month. If you're gonna do it once a month do that. The important thing here guys is to stay consistent that is where you will benefit from it. So with Google organic traffic we do video content, just like the one that I'm making here if you're on a roof, you got the smart phone and you're wanting to do something simple but educational if you haven't already, be sure to check out my other video for the three video advertisements that I share with you that you can do with your roofing company starting today.

One of them being something educational, educate your customers through video put it up on YouTube, put it up on your website and start generating traffic from there, so long as you're doing the proper keyword research, and you're making sure that it's relevant to your market, to the areas that you're looking to service, that it's perfect. Google paid traffic. It is a little bit different. It is a paid traffic funnel.

So here's what we do, we generate traffic from Google's paid platform and that happens to be Google Ads, otherwise known as Google AdWords so that platform alone is a huge opportunity for roofing contractors who are not yet established on Google My Business, or your Google organic traffic. This is a way for you to pay Google, it's very similar to Google Global Service Ads which I should've added to this, because it is a paid source from Google which you can then get phone calls directly from but if you're doing it through Google AdWords you can set up a call-only campaign right?

And this is a system in which people can call directly from their smartphones, it's a call-only campaign, it's targeting only smartphones and you don't need a website to set it up right? You don't need anything fancy all you need is a phone number and setting it up on Google AdWord's platform and people are able to call you, that is the whole point here. So once you have that set up you can start targeting major areas and start driving traffic directly from Google without having to wait two, three months you set this up in a week, launch it, start getting phone calls.

And if you wanna set up a more complex campaign a full Google Ads campaign that's also something that you can do right? And from there it gets much cheaper, and you can start targeting residential, commercial, whatever type of roofing. Next you have the Google Ads, the complete system setting it up from A to Z, not only targeting mobile users but your also targeting laptops, desktops and what we're looking to do here guys is send that traffic to company landing pages, right here. Do not send your paid traffic to your website. I repeat do not send your paid traffic to your website, and the reason for that is because there are so many distractions, so many places people can click and just get completely overwhelmed with what they're looking for.

Create a company landing page, there is tools such as Unbounce, ClickFunnels there's so many different landing page builders that make it very simple and easy for users like yourself, the guy that's not so tech savvy to be able to implement something that you can send paid traffic from and to. And the purpose of this is, on the company landing pages there's really one main goal there, which is to contact you.

You'll have a contact form and you'll have a button that somebody can click to call, that's it. The user cannot get lost, they cannot leave and go anywhere else. If I'm on your website I can check our your services, I can check out your reviews, I can check out your about us page but the beauty about the company landing page is you can put all that information, condensed of course, but you can put all that information on the company landing page without having them leave the page. Everything they need is on the page.

You can put your testimonials, a really good headline, a call to action, get your free quote, you can get your testimonials on there. I think I've already said that. But all the information that you need, your about us, everything can be found on that page the customer does not have to leave. Now, in the event that your customer, your prospect, your website visitor leaves your website what do we do then? We add a little bonus feature called remarketing. So we remarket on Facebook and on Google to make sure that we stay in front of our potential customers.

The guys that did not end up contacting us and ended up leaving because their kid spilled some beans on the floor and she completely forgot about you know, whatever the hell that she was doing on the computer to begin with. And so we want to stay in front of those guys lets say a huge storm happens and it's a great opportunity for you to throw your ads, well you don't only wanna show up in front of them once right?

Let's say something was missing, we re-target them with a different angle. This is how this whole funnel works seamlessly together. All right, and we stay in front of our customers so that our hard-earned dollars are not going to waste, all of your blog posts that you're publishing, they're not going to waste.

Ultimately we want to utilize this to really build ourselves up as an authority within our local market and be able to dominate, become a local titan and that is how this funnel works. Now you might be thinking to yourself, man this sounds like a lot of work, it sounds like there's a lot of information here and there is, and luckily for you what I do is that I actually teach you how to set this up for yourself.
